How To Book
To make a booking, please purchase the relevant Topgolf voucher from your self-service portal. After purchasing the voucher, complete the booking form below and email it to [email protected]. Please note that purchasing the voucher does not guarantee a date.
Tickets must be presented upon check-in at the Topgolf Reception for bay allocation and briefing. Bookings will not be accepted without these tickets being scanned.
Tickets can either be printed before arrival or presented directly from a mobile device upon entry.

Conditions and Information
Bay Capacity: 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 playing guests per bay
Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and may change at any time
Block Out Dates: 13 November 2026 until 17 January 2027
Booking Form: All fields on the booking form must be completed, including date of visit, desired bay hire time, and guest numbers. Bookings will not be accepted without the applicable form.
Food and Beverage: Unless prearranged, all food and drinks are to be ordered off the menu.
Bookings & Amendments
Bookings and amendments must be made in writing to Topgolf Events and are accepted up to 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours before the bay allocation time will incur a full contract rate charge.
Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and are fully inclusive of GST.
Nett Rates and tickets issued are valid for admission from 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027 and are only available for use by international inbound travellers.
