Conditions Of Entry
You agree to comply with the Conditions of Entry and any other conditions displayed at the front gate or attractions. We may cancel or suspend any product you have purchased, or which has been purchased on your behalf and/or remove you from the premises if you breach any of these Conditions of Entry.
Closure
We may impose restrictions or limitations on access to the parks, rides, shows, and attractions at any time. We may close rides, shows, attractions or the parks on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance, acts of God or other reasons.
Pricing and Rates
All admission pass prices / Inbound Rates are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Nett Rates and tickets issued are valid for admission from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 and are only available for use by international inbound travellers.
Village Roadshow Theme Parks reserves the right to change rates without notice.
Login Information
Individual login credentials for the Inbound Ticketing Online System (ITOS) self-service portal must not be shared.
Bookings
All bookings must be completed via the Inbound Ticketing Online System (ITOS) self-service portal by authorised users. Users are responsible for all tickets issued and ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures outlined in the contracted arrangements and additional training documents provided by Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
Manual email bookings will only be accepted in the following situations:
Bookings for over 100 pax requiring additional assistance,
Australian Outback Spectacular bookings of 17 pax or more,
Your Guide FOC (Free of Charge) requests.
Credit Account Clients
For clients with an approved credit application by VRTP, the completed order will be applied to the approved credit account, with payment due as per the agreed terms.
Prepaid Clients
Payment is required at the time of booking for all bookings. The completed order will be deducted from the available funds in your profile.
Bookings cannot be made without sufficient funds. Users can view their remaining credit/funds at the top right of the main screen. A minimum balance of 10 cents must be maintained in your profile to ensure it remains active.
Users with ‘Accounting’ permission can top up using a credit card within the portal. Refer to the ‘Adding Funds’ training guide for further details.
Customer Information
During the booking process, customer information, including demographics, must be provided for reporting and verification purposes.
Notification of Booking
As live tickets are issued, it is recommended that bookings be made as soon as the group is confirmed.
Theme Park admission bookings can be made up to the visit date, provided sufficient time is allowed for guests to receive their electronic tickets.
For Australian Outback Spectacular bookings of 17 pax or more, please contact the Reservations team to confirm seating availability. As seating is limited, we recommend booking as soon as the group is confirmed.
Strict minimum booking requirements, capacities, and notice periods apply for dining and retail options and may change without prior notice. Please refer to the dining menus for booking requirements, capacity, and notice periods.
Ticket Requirements
Service vouchers will not be accepted. All guests must present a valid barcoded ticket for admission or experience as issued by the Self-Service system. Variations will NOT be accepted.
Tour Guide Policy
Theme Park Admission (excluding Australian Outback Spectacular and multi-park ticketing): One (1) Free-Of-Charge (FOC) ‘bonafide’ Overseas Tour Escort/Leader per ten (10) paying guests. A maximum of two (2) FOCs per group. Additional FOCs for bona fide escorts/leaders are available upon request.
Tour Leader/Tour Manager FOC Requests: Requests for Tour Leader/Manager FOCs cannot be booked through the portal and are handled on a request basis. Requests for bona fide tour leaders will be reviewed based on the provided information. Once your group booking is confirmed, please email [email protected] with the booking confirmation number and full details of the Tour Leaders (Full Name, contact information, and company details). Upon approval, a separate booking will be manually created for the Tour Leader, and identification will need to be presented upon arrival. Please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) for the return email. International Sales Department is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Dining: For groups of 10 or more, one (1) Free-Of-Charge (FOC) ‘bonafide’ Overseas Tour Escort/Leader or Guide per ten (10) paying guests is allowed. For groups of less than ten (10) pax, the applicable child nett rate will apply for buffet options only.
Australian Outback Spectacular: For groups of over 20 pax, a maximum of one (1) FOC per group for a ‘bonafide’ Overseas Tour Escort/Leader or Guide applies.
Australian Outback Spectacular Entry Ticket
Admission Entry Tickets are valid only for the date and show booked, failing which it will be deemed void and not able to be used.
Children 2 years and under are free. Child to be situated on parents’ lap. Meal and seat are not included.
Children’s rate is applicable for children aged 3-13 years inclusive and for children 2 years and under where an individual seat and meal is to be served.
Children must be seated with a payment adult (18+).
Top Rail Premium
Includes entry ticket to Top Rail section of venue plus 1 x pre-show beverage (from selection of draught and packaged beer, glass of premium wine or a souvenir vessel filled with soft drink) and 1 x souvenir photograph.
Meal Requests
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for all theme park meal requests and amendments (including chicken, vegetarian, Indian menu, and special dietary requirements). Requests made outside of this time are subject to availability.
Australian Outback Spectacular meal preferences (Steak, Chicken, or Vegetarian) must be selected at the time of booking.
Amendments, cancellations & refunds
A minimum of 72 hours notification is required for all booking amendments, including dining and retail options (excluding Australian Outback Spectacular). Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 100% no-show charge.

All bookings are non-refundable. However, if sufficient notice is given, funds will be credited back to your portal or credit account for future bookings.
Refunds will not be issued if the customer fails to use the ‘Ticket’ before its expiry date (31 March 2027).
Paradise Country Koala Photo Booking
Koala Photo bookings amended or cancelled within ten (10) days of the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for amendment, cancellation, or refund, regardless of reason. Requests citing special circumstances may be considered where supporting evidence is provided.
VRTP reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel a booking due to animal welfare, operational, weather, or venue closure reasons, and will offer an alternative or refund at its discretion in such cases.
Sea World Cruises – Ferry Service, Whale Watching, Dinner & Sightseeing Cruise
Sea World Cruises is an independent professional operator, and is separate to Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP) who operates Sea World. VRTP makes no representations as to the independent cruise operations.
Bookings and Amendments: Service vouchers must be purchased via the Inbound Ticketing Online System (ITOS) self-service portal. Bookings with the service provider are essential on all tours. Bookings & Amendments are accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival and must be in writing to Sea World Cruises.
Check-in: Clients must check-in 20 minutes prior to Tour Time at the Sea World Terminal located on the Broadwater end of the Sea World car park, or Ferry Wharf located in Appel Park Surfers Paradise for HOPO Ferry departing Surfers Paradise.
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice in writing prior to cruise departure time and/or no shows will be charged at the full contract rate.
Sea World Cruises reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings, or events beyond their control. In these events, full refunds will be provided or alternative date/s offered.
Weather Policy: Cruises may be rescheduled at operator’s discretion due to weather.
Tour Guide Policy: 1 Tour Guide/ Tour Escort per group of 15-20 paying guests.
Rates: Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
Validity: Rates are valid from 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027 and are available only to international inbound groups.
Whale Sighting: In the unlikely event that a whale sighting is missed during a Whale Watching cruise, a free return cruise voucher will be offered.
Sea World Cruises and Village Roadshow Theme Parks reserve the right to change rates without notice.
Surfers Paradise Helicopters
Surfers Paradise Helicopters is an independent professional operator, and is separate to Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP) who operates Sea World. VRTP makes no representations as to the independent flight operations.
Flight Policy
Inbound groups booking in advance must finalise their bookings at least 48 hours before the flight.
In accordance with CASA regulations, weight restrictions apply. A minimum number of passengers is required for flights to depart.
Seating is allocated by Surfers Paradise Helicopters staff based on weight and balance criteria for each flight.
Each flight can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers, subject to age, size, and weight.
Passengers not entering Sea World Theme Park should arrive at the terminal located on the western side of the car park at least 15 minutes prior to the flight.
Passengers within Sea World Theme Park must check in at the Helicopter Ticket Office at least 15 minutes prior to their flight.
All passengers must review and comply with the safety and dangerous goods requirements before boarding. Lockers are provided for storing large personal items during the flight. Lockers must be cleared after the flight.
Guests with disabilities should contact Surfers Paradise Helicopters directly to discuss suitable flight options.
Flight availability, departure times, passenger numbers, and other relevant conditions may be subject to change without notice.
Flight paths and journey times may vary depending on weather conditions and air traffic control.
The ‘Pilot in Command,’ as authorized by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, has the discretion to refuse to carry any person.
Pre-booked Flights
Flight bookings can be amended with 72 hours’ prior notice in writing to Surfers Paradise Helicopters.
No-shows or passengers who fail to notify Surfers Paradise Helicopters of cancellation will be charged the full contract rate.
If Surfers Paradise Helicopters cancels a flight due to weather or any other Force Majeure event, passengers will be offered an alternative flight time. If an agreement cannot be reached, funds will be credited back to your ITOS portal or account for future bookings, subject to approval.
Rates are charged per seat/passenger unless a ‘Group Flight Voucher’ is purchased.
Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

Helicopter flight bookings and barcoded tickets cannot be resold and are not redeemable for cash.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: All Surfers Paradise Helicopter tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, with sufficient notice, funds may be credited back to your VRTP ITOS portal or account for future bookings.
Conditions of Entry: All guests agree to comply with the Conditions of Entry and any other conditions displayed at the gate or premises. Surfers Paradise Helicopters may cancel or suspend any purchased product or remove guests from the premises if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Surfers Paradise Helicopters reserve the right to change rates and/or terms and conditions without notice.
Variation to Terms & Conditions
We may reasonably vary these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective upon display. By continuing to use the product you have purchased you consent to be bound by the varied terms and conditions.
