How to Book

  • Surfers Paradise Helicopters (referred to as ‘Flight Vouchers’) must be purchased online through the VRTP Inbound Ticketing Online System (ITOS) self-service portal. These tickets do not guarantee a specific time or date for the flight.

  • Direct purchases and service vouchers will not be accepted by Surfers Paradise Helicopters.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • To check availability and book a flight, contact Surfers Paradise Helicopters directly after purchasing the ‘Flight Voucher’ by quoting your ‘Booking Reference Number’:

  • Tickets are required for all passengers aged 2 years and above.

  • Bookings must be made in advance via email.

  • Bookings will not be processed without a valid ‘Flight Voucher’ and ‘Booking Reference Number,’ which can be found on your barcoded ticket.

  • Passengers must present valid barcoded ticket(s) at check-in before boarding.

  • Passengers arriving with a valid barcoded ticket but without a pre-arranged flight time may experience delays or the possibility of not being able to board the flight, with no refund provided.
